Do customers, suppliers or partners need to sign a new contract?

No, our official company name is staying the same (Open Energy Market Limited). Our trading name is changing to True. So there is no need to sign new contracts.

For customers signing our contracts after 6th March 2025, we have made the following change in the Terms and Conditions wording: “These are the terms under which we, Open Energy Market, trading as True, of Hays House, Guildford GU2 4HJ (“we” or “True”), provide services to customers who wish to engage True to provide utilities procurement, guidance on achieving sustainability and related services.

No, all our services continue as normal. Your contracts, data, and support remain unchanged—just under the True brand.
